Twelve months on the hardware, from the day it is delivered.
Covered
Manufacturing defects and hardware failure under normal use — dead modules, failed controllers, faulty harnesses.
Not covered
Installation damage, an improper reseal, moisture that got in because the housing was not closed properly, physical damage, labour and removal costs, and any use outside the product-use notice below.
How to claim
Message us through the support page with your order number, photos of the problem and a short description of what happened. We reply within one business day.
Product-use notice
Coloured or animated auxiliary lighting is restricted on public roads in many places. These are built for shows, meets and off-road display where it is permitted, and must never obstruct or replace required vehicle lighting.
