Processing
Orders placed on a business day are packed the next business day.
Delivery
Delivery normally lands within five to nine business days after dispatch. That is an estimate, not a guarantee, and carrier delays are outside our control.
Shipping cost
Calculated at checkout based on your address before you pay. No surprises after the fact.
Lost or damaged
If a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, message us with your order number and photos and we will sort it out.
