30 days, no interrogation.
What qualifies
Unused hardware in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Modules that have already been installed are handled under the warranty policy instead.
Faulty hardware
If the hardware arrives faulty or dead on arrival, we cover the return shipping. That is on us, not you.
Change of mind
Also fine within the 30 days. Return shipping is on you in that case.
Refunds
Issued to the original payment method once we have inspected the return. Your bank decides how fast it appears, usually within a few business days.
