How it moves
Received, then packed the next business day, then handed to the carrier. Delivery normally lands within five to nine business days from dispatch.
No tracking yet?
Tracking goes live when the carrier scans the label, not when it is printed. If nothing has moved after three business days, message us with your order number.
Wrong address
We can change an address before the order is packed. After that the package has to complete delivery or come back to us before we can resend it.
